About the Organisation: Chambers of Parisha Shah, Solicitor is expanding its operations and is looking to onboard Advocates to join its practise as Junior/Senior Associates. At our chambers based in Kalaghoda, Fort, we specialise in conveyancing and commercial and civil litigation including matters related to real estate, arbitration, testamentary disputes, insolvency, taxation and general corporate advisory. The organisation represents clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT and NCLAT, DRT, RERA and other Civil Courts and Tribunals.

About the Job and Work Profile:

We are looking for a Junior/Senior Associates to join our team. The core duties shall include (i) drafting pleadings, notices and conveyancing documents, (ii) appearing and representing Clients before the Bombay High Court, Small Causes Court and City Civil Court (Bombay and Mazgaon) and otherwise managing the matters and coordinating with the Clients (iii) Briefing Counsels and partners in ongoing matters.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
