Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Head – Solar to manage solar service operations, supervise the technical team, and ensure productive installation support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day solar service and maintenance operations.
Supervise technicians and coordinate service activities.
Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to solar systems.
Coordinate solar system installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
Monitor system performance and ensure service quality.




Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical guidelines.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in solar service operations or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of solar power systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience in handling technical teams and service operations.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians, and other departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
