Job Title: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the entire recruitment

lifecycle, implementing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, handling salary

discussions and negotiations, and managing onboarding and exit formalities of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1 End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to

candidate joining; understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates; coordinate

with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

2 Sourcing Strategies: Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals,

and databases; develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.

3 Interviewing Candidates: Screen resumes and shortlist candidates; schedule and conduct

interviews; evaluate candidate performance and provide feedback.

4 Salary Discussion:



Discuss compensation structure with selected candidates; explain company

policies and salary components.

5 Negotiation Skills: Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates; ensure mutually

beneficial hiring decisions.

6 Onboarding Formalities: Manage joining formalities and documentation of recent employees;

conduct employee onboarding and orientation processes.

7 Exit Formalities: Handle employee exit procedures and documentation; conduct exit interviews

and manage clearance processes.
