Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: 1 rotational week off
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and respond to customer queries.
Communicate effectively in any one of the required regional languages.
Provide accurate information and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain customer records and follow up when required.
Candidate Requirements
Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates willing to work in Bangalore are preferred.
