HIRING – UNIT SCM LEAD

Location : Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: Engineering Graduate
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering / Metals / Wire & Cable

Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall purchase, stores, inventory and logistics activities.
Ensure raw materials are available on time for production.
Handle vendors, supplier development and price negotiations.
Monitor stock levels and avoid excess or shortage of materials.
Coordinate with Production, Finance and Planning teams.
Control material costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Manage the SCM team and maintain reports using ERP/SAP.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Supply Chain Management.
Valuable knowledge of Procurement and Stores Management.
Experience in Inventory Control and Vendor Management.
ERP/SAP knowledge is required.
Robust negotiation, leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
