Job Title: Restaurant Service Staff / Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery after service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
Process bills and payments when required.

Skills and Qualifications
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.




Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Positive personal hygiene and grooming.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Previous restaurant experience is an advantage, but freshers may apply.
