We're Hiring – Loan Advisor (Fulfilment Executive)

Role: Loan Advisor / Fulfilment Executive
Work Type: Office-Based (In-house)
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (No bar for deserving candidates)
Interview: Virtual

Requirements
Experience: 1–5 years in Home Loan / LAP
Experience in the complete loan process – Login to Disbursement
Candidates from Banking / NBFC / FinTech backgrounds preferred
Valuable knowledge of loan documentation, KYC & TAT
Robust communication and customer-handling skills
Comfortable with customer visits whenever required

Key Responsibilities
Generate Home Loan/LAP leads through outbound calling and customer follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products and eligibility criteria.
Collect, verify, and process required customer documents.
Manage and follow up on cases throughout the loan process from Login to Disbursement.
Coordinate with customers, banks/financiers,



and internal teams for smooth processing.
Guide customers regarding documentation, KYC, approvals, and loan processing.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Ensure timely processing and follow up on pending documents/approvals.
Work toward achieving monthly sales, lead generation, conversion, and customer service targets.
