Set up and operate VMC CNC machines for machining various components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, machining drawings, and work instructions.
Perform job setting, fixture setting, tool setting, and workpiece alignment.
Load and execute CNC programs and make minor program corrections as required.
Set tool offsets, work offsets, and cutting parameters.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machining tools as per job requirements.
Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
Maintain dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and production quality as per specifications.
Monitor machining operations and identify tool wear,



vibration, and machining defects.
Troubleshoot basic machining and machine-related problems.
Maintain production output as per the daily production plan.
Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance checks.
Maintain production records, tool-life records, and inspection reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
