Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate clearly with customers and resolve their queries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Achieve assigned performance targets and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in English are preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
