Job Description:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming customer inquiries.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Follow up with leads, interested customers, and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable information.
Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build positive customer relationships through qualified communication.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential business prospects.
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telecalling,



telesales, or customer support.
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Knowledge of any South Indian language, such as Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam, is preferred.
Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
