Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President – Sales to lead the sales function for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate project sales, revenue generation, sales team leadership, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across real estate projects.
Drive residential and/or commercial property sales from lead generation to final closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
Plan and execute sales strategies for current project launches and inventory movement.
Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, revenue forecasts, and team productivity.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Present sales reports, forecasts,



and performance updates to senior management.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop strategies for sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
15+ years of experience in sales, with substantial experience in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong experience in residential and/or commercial real estate project sales.
Demonstrated ability to lead large sales teams and manage channel partner networks.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and sales processes.
