Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹20,000/month for Freshers | ₹30,000/month for Experienced Candidates

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Explain company products or services clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Follow up with interested customers to generate leads and conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain qualified communication and build positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers: Candidates with positive communication skills are welcome.
Experienced:



Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹20,000 per month.
Experienced Candidates: ₹30,000 per month.
Incentives may be available based on company policy and performance.
