Hiring: Outbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and B2B Outbound Sales, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using the company-provided lead database.
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling and prospecting.
Identify client requirements and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects to nurture business opportunities and maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and business growth.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or IT Sales.
Strong experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools; knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work the Night Shift .
