Installation Manager – Rooftop Solar

Role Summary: Manage rooftop solar installation teams across the city to ensure timely, protected, and quality installations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Site Leads, supervisors, and installation crews.
Plan daily schedules and allocate teams efficiently.
Ensure installations meet TAT, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with Central Ops for materials and scheduling.
Track site progress and resolve delays.
Reduce rework and improve first-time-right installations.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and track KPIs.
Train teams and monitor performance.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
4–8 years of field execution experience; rooftop solar preferred.
Strong team management and planning skills.
Knowledge of solar installation, electrical work, and safety.
Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
