We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ educational qualifications, interests, and career aspirations.
Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, duration, curriculum, and certification.
Counsel students regarding healthcare, hospital administration, business administration and management, logistics, software programming, digital skills, and other professional training programmes.
Explain admission procedures, course fees, learning options, and available placement assistance.
Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
Maintain student enquiry records, follow-up details, and admission status using CRM or other designated systems.
Build positive relationships with students and parents through skilled communication.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.




Work towards admission targets while maintaining ethical counselling practices.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust listening, counselling, and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and online tools.
Ability to explain course details clearly and professionally.
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a student-oriented approach.

Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
Experience in academic counselling, educational sales, telecalling, or student admissions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
