JD - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive with valuable knowledge of accounting, Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Zoho, MS Excel, TDS, order processing, finance operations, and vendor management to support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Zoho Books.

· Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, expense, and ledger entries.

· Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.

· Handle order processing and maintain related records.

· Manage basic TDS calculation, deduction, records, and reconciliation.

· Assist in TDS return preparation and related compliance activities.

· Prepare and maintain financial reports using MS Excel.

· Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliation.

· Coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.

· Support day-to-day Finance & Accounts Operations.

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.





· Support the Finance & Accounts team in routine activities.

Required Skills

· Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Zoho Books.

· Good understanding of Accounting & Finance Operations.

· Basic knowledge of TDS and related compliance.

· Knowledge of Order Processing and invoice management.

· Experience in Vendor Management and Vendor Reconciliation.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

· Good data-entry and numerical skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

B.Com / M.Com in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

1–2 years of relevant experience.

Freshers with good knowledge of Tally, Zoho, Excel, and accounting can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
