We are looking for an Accountswith 5+ years of experience to lead our finance team and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and timelines.
Review, streamline, and improve SOPs for accounting and financial processes.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
Handle Tally and Microsoft Dynamics for financial reporting and analysis.
Ensure timely submission of tax, GST, and statutory filings.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Provide management with insights and recommendations for financial planning and process improvements.





· Act as a strategic business partner to the management and leadership team, driving organizational growth and profitability.

· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for business expansion, current projects, and investment planning.

· Increase financial discipline across the organization by improving process efficiency, cost optimization, and internal controls.

· Lead the finance team with a focus on capability building, succession planning, and high‑performance culture.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
