Required Qualifications:
3+ years of qualified software development experience.
Should know the complete software development process.
Engineering / Math background.
Leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of working with libraries, Unix as well as NT operating systems.
Knowledge of Source Code Management policies.
Knowledge of OpenGL, MFC or similar libraries.

Desired Skills:
Should know the latest technologies especially in e-Commerce areas.
Should have the passion for learning recent technologies.
Should be willing to travel (approx once every two-three months) to customer sites.
Presenting technical solutions to customers.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to operate in a work workplace where competence underlines everything you do and where the pursuit of quality is relentless. Flexibility to travel at short notice since opportunities to work on overseas assignments abound.
