Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a reputed mobile phones and accessories company. The ideal candidate should have robust financial management, accounting, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's daily financial operations and accounting activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and cash flow records.
Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Oversee invoicing, payments, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
Monitor branch sales reports and financial performance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and tax requirements.




Support management in financial planning and business decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in finance or accounting management.
Experience in retail or trading companies is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and team management abilities.
Good English communication skills.
