We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build solid relationships, generate leads, and convert interested customers into potential clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about company services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Address customer queries professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
Ability to manage follow-ups and meet targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive communication skills are essential.
Candidates must be comfortable with calling and client interaction.

Working Details
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week)
Weekly Off: Monday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Environment: Office-based; no fieldwork.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
