Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the complete factory operations for plastic bottles, jars, containers, and other packaging products.
Handle machine operations, machine settings, mould changing, and troubleshooting.
Manage production planning, raw materials, inventory, and finished goods stock.
Supervise factory staff, operators, and workers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain product quality, production targets, and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper machine maintenance, workplace safety, and timely production.
Handle day-to-day factory management independently, from raw material to finished product dispatch.
Requirements:
Robust practical knowledge of plastic packaging manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience with relevant plastic moulding machines and production techniques.
Ability to manage the entire factory independently.
Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and staff management skills.
Preference for candidates with experience in plastic bottles, jars, and container manufacturing.
