Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–5 years in upscale hotel operations, with 1+ years as a dedicated trainer.
Education & Skills: Hotel Management degree/diploma, proficiency with PMS tools, and robust bilingual communication (English/Hindi)
Key Responsibilities
SOP & Onboarding: Standardize SOPs for Front Office, F&B;, and Housekeeping, and facilitate current hire inductions.
Training Delivery: Conduct grooming, soft skills, and technical training (such as PMS usage) for frontline staff.
Audits & Analysis: Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) via floor audits and evaluate effectiveness through guest metrics
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
