Role:Academic Head

Key Responsibilities:
Manage academic operations, trainers, and student learning outcomes.
Develop and implement course curricula, lesson plans, and academic standards.
Monitor training quality, classroom delivery, assessments, and student feedback.
Conduct trainer evaluations, meetings, and performance reviews.
Ensure timely completion of courses, assignments, tests, and certifications.
Handle student grievances and maintain academic discipline.
Coordinate with the admissions and management teams to achieve institutional goals.
Maintain academic records, reports, and quality standards.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.




3–5 years of experience in academic management or the education industry.
Solid leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of curriculum planning, trainer management, and academic operations.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive leader capable of improving training quality, student satisfaction, and overall academic performance.
