Job Description – DISC Assessment Trainer

Role Overview

The DISC Assessment Trainer is responsible for learning and delivering DISC behavioural assessments, engaging with prospective and existing clients, supporting business development activities, and providing meaningful assessment debriefs.

Key Responsibilities
DISC Assessment Training: Undergo comprehensive training on DISC assessments and develop a solid understanding of DISC behavioural profiles and their applications.
Client Calling: Conduct professional calls with prospective and existing clients to understand requirements, explain services, and facilitate engagement.
Email Marketing: Support email marketing initiatives, including drafting and sending skilled outreach communications and following up with leads.
Social Media Content: Create and contribute to Instagram Reels and other content related to DISC assessments, behavioural insights, and workplace psychology.
Assessment Debriefs: Conduct DISC assessment debrief sessions, explain individual behavioural profiles,



and help clients understand their key strengths, communication styles, and development areas.
Client Handling: Manage client interactions professionally, understand client needs, coordinate assessment processes, address queries, and ensure a positive client experience.
Follow-ups & Coordination: Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients, follow up on leads, and coordinate assessment/debriefing requirements.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
