Job Description: AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, document intelligence, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop LLM-based applications using AWS Bedrock and other model APIs.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, OpenSearch, and semantic search.
Develop AI agents for document analysis, information extraction, and complex workflows.
Improve AI accuracy, response latency, and inference costs.
Build automated evaluation frameworks and regression test suites.
Implement AI guardrails, prompt injection protection, and secure AI workflows.
Integrate AI services with backend APIs and AWS infrastructure.

Required Skills:




Solid Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
Experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain/LangGraph, and vector search.
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and OpenSearch.
Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and Docker.
Understanding of AI evaluation, optimization, and LLM security.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Amazon Textract, Langfuse, and production AI deployments on AWS.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
