Sales Coordinator (Backend Support)

Location: Faridabad

Reports to: Sales Manager

Required Qualifications

Exeperience - 1 to 6 years

● Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics or a related

field (graduates with relevant industry experience also considered).

● 1–2 years of experience in sales support or inside sales in the valves,

instrumentation, pumps or industrial products sector.

● Working knowledge of valve types (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, check, control

valves) and instruments

Key Responsibilities :

● Receive and review customer RFQs and enquiries, and understand the technical

requirements (valve type, size, rating, material, end connection, instrument range,

etc.).

● Prepare accurate quotations, techno-commercial offers and costing sheets.

● Request quotes from suppliers and manufacturers, compare offers and follow up

on pricing and delivery.

● Read and interpret datasheets, P&IDs;, specifications and drawings, and match

them to the right products.

● Prepare and review documents: technical submittals, compliance statements

and certificates (MTC,



test reports, etc.).

● Process customer POs, check them against the quotation, and issue sales and

purchase orders.

● Coordinate with purchase, stores, QC and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

● Follow up with customers on pending quotations and orders, and update them on

delivery status.

● Maintain the enquiry/order tracker, customer database and records in the ERP.

● Support field sales executives with documents, product information and follow-

ups.

● Prepare MIS reports (enquiry-to-order ratio, pending orders, quote status).

Skills :

● Solid command of MS Excel, Word and email; ERP Next

● Positive written and spoken English and Hindi.

● Attention to detail, especially in technical and commercial specifications.

● Organised, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.

● Transparent communication with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
