Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including customer collections, vendor payments, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance matters.
Track receivables and payables, ensure timely settlements, and maintain accurate records of outstanding payments.
Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.



Master degree preferred.
6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in eCommerce industry preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
