About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students on educational prospects, recommend suitable programmes, and support enrolments through effective counselling and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on academic programmes, career options, and educational opportunities.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programmes or services.
Conduct counselling sessions and follow up with students and parents.
Explain programme benefits, pricing, and enrolment procedures.
Generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets.
Maintain student records, lead details, and follow-up activities.




Build solid relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Robust counselling, negotiation, and sales abilities.
Target-oriented with a student-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in EdTech, education, academic counselling, or sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
