Virat Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the trading of raw materials used in the animal feed industry, serving poultry and livestock businesses.

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, purchase, accounts, and other company positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates until joining.
Handle job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
Develop current candidate-sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.




Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and pre-joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and skills.
Opportunity to work closely with management.
