Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Retail Operations

Reports To: Outlet Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting Chocochi products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail outlet operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain product displays, stock availability, cleanliness, and proper product handling.
Handle billing, customer queries, and daily sales reporting while following company policies and standards.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales experience in retail or FMCG is preferred.
Willingness to work in mall shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
