Position - Instrumentation Engineer

Salary: ₹30,000 - 40,000/month

Location - Phalodi Rajasthan.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics or a relevant engineering discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot field instruments, sensors, transmitters, control valves and actuators.
Handle pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments used in boiler and turbine operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot DCS, PLC, control loops, alarms and interlocks.
Perform calibration and functional testing of instruments as per maintenance schedules.
Diagnose instrument failures and resolve signal, wiring, communication and control-loop issues.
Support boiler and turbine start-up, shutdown and breakdown maintenance.
Coordinate with electrical and operations teams for equipment troubleshooting.
Maintain calibration certificates, instrument history,



maintenance checklists and breakdown records.
Ensure instrumentation systems operate safely and reliably in accordance with plant SOPs.

Preferred Experience: Instrumentation maintenance in an FBC boiler-based biomass or thermal power plant, with practical DCS/PLC and field-instrumentation experience.

Total Experience Requerd - 4 Years

Salary Range would be 30,000 - 40,000 per monts
