Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication and skills.
Schedule interviews and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and databases.

What We Are Looking For




0 to 3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome!).
Strong interest or prior experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Ability to join immediately or within 7 days.
