Job Title: Kitchen Helper
Cleaning & Hygiene:
Daily cleaning of kitchen floors, walls, slabs, and work stations.
Washing utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment properly.
Dispose garbage daily and keep dustbins clean.
Support to Chefs:
Help chefs in cutting, peeling, chopping vegetables and basic mise-en-place.
Bring raw materials from stores as per chef's instruction.
Help in loading and unloading vegetables / grocery.
Kitchen Operations:
Ensure hot water, cleaning chemicals are available for washing.
Keep all chopping boards, knives clean after use.
Assist in food parcel packing during busy hours.
Storage & Handling:
Store vegetables, meat, and groceries at correct place and temperature.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) system.




Do not waste food or raw material.
Safety & Discipline:
Come on time in proper uniform with ID card and safety shoes.
Follow all hygiene rules - cut nails, haircut, no mobile in kitchen.
Switch off gas, lights and water taps when not in use.
Take proper handover from previous shift helper.
Other Duties:
Any other work given by Executive Chef / Sous Chef / CDP.
Help in stewarding during staff meal time.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
