Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC, CNC machining, and conventional machining processes.
Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T; basics.
Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, tooling, and machining parameters.
Understanding of inspection instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
Experience with rejection analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Basic knowledge of Excel, production reports, and ERP systems.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement techniques.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
