Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR (IT Executive) to manage and support IT recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT roles, valuable communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Shortlist candidates according to IT job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring updates.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.




Support job fairs, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming IT requirements.
Prepare daily recruitment reports and update candidate statuses.

Requirements
6 Months – 2 Years of experience in HR Recruitment or IT Recruitment.
Basic understanding of IT roles and technical profiles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Experience working with job portals is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Local candidates from Indore are preferred.
Must be comfortable working from the office.

Work Location: In person, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
