Reporting To: Laboratory In-Charge
Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, receive, label, and process clinical specimens accurately.
Perform routine pathology laboratory tests as per approved SOPs.
Operate laboratory equipment and maintain quality control records.
Ensure proper sample handling, result documentation, and timely processing.
Follow infection control, biomedical waste management, and laboratory safety protocols.
Maintain laboratory registers, inventory, and equipment maintenance records.
Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and other hospital departments.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies.
Required Skills: Knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, quality control, equipment operation, and laboratory safety.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
