Garment Sourcing Manager ( FABRIC & TRIMS)

Note: Only garment manufacturing industry candidates are eligible. Accommodation provided. Willingness to travel and a valid passport are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sourcing and procurement of fabrics, trims and garment accessories.
Develop and maintain reliable domestic and international supplier networks.
Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Ensure raw materials are available on time according to production requirements.
Coordinate with the Merchandising, Production, Planning, Quality and Commercial departments.
Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, material quality and delivery commitments.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure materials meet buyer specifications and required quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4–8 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing or apparel export.
Robust knowledge of woven fabrics, trims and garment accessories.
Excellent skills in vendor development,



negotiation and costing.
Valuable understanding of fabric consumption, procurement planning and lead-time management.
Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
