Roles & Responsibilities
Handle patient registration, front desk activities, and data entry.
Manage patient records, documentation, and billing-related work.
Work on the Ayushman Portal and maintain patient data.
Attend to patient queries and resolve or escalate grievances.
Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and other team members.
Manage staff duty rosters and assist with staff-related concerns.
Ensure smooth centre operations and compliance with quality standards.
Support patient outreach and centre marketing activities.

Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Knowledge of billing and hospital documentation.
Familiarity with the Ayushman Portal is preferred.
Patient-friendly, soft-spoken, and well-organized.
Valuable teamwork and coordination skills.
