Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
Ensure proper storage of cleaned items.
Dispose of waste and follow safety and hygiene standards.
Assist the kitchen and service teams as required.
Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel preferred.
Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene practices.
Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
