About Ekoching

Ekoching is a student-focused educational institute preparing students for competitive entrance examinations such as CAT, CLAT, IPMAT and CUET. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our institutional partnerships and strengthen our presence across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities and educational institutions.
Identify current business opportunities and generate quality leads.
Conduct institutional visits, meetings, seminars, workshops and promotional activities.
Develop partnerships and tie-ups to expand Ekoching's reach.
Coordinate with internal marketing and counseling teams to convert leads into business prospects.
Track business development activities, follow-ups and lead conversion.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.





Candidate Requirements
Experience in business development, institutional sales, field sales or B2B sales.
Experience in the education, edtech, coaching or training industry will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting school/college stakeholders.
Ability to generate leads, build partnerships and achieve targets.
A graduate degree is preferred.
