About Us
Britannia Labels India is a joint venture with Britannia Labels UK, supplying woven labels, printed and care labels, tags, RFID labels and packaging to global apparel retailers and brands. We work directly with the garment factories that produce for these retailers.

About the Role
You will own our relationships with local garment factories supplying our retail brand programmes. You will manage orders end to end, grow business from each factory, and lead a small team of Retail Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of garment factory accounts and be their main point of contact
Manage the full order cycle: enquiry, quotation, artwork approval, production follow-up and delivery
Hold regular meetings with factory merchandisers, production heads and owners
Grow order volume and share of business from existing factories; onboard new factories
Make sure factories follow retailer label requirements (care labels, RFID, compliance labels)
Resolve quality complaints, delivery delays and pricing issues quickly




Coordinate with production, planning, QA and dispatch on priorities and capacity
Track collections and follow up on overdue payments with the accounts team
Lead, train and review the Retail Account Executives
Report weekly on orders, revenue, on-time delivery and pending issues

Requirements
Degree in Textile, Fashion Technology, Business or any discipline; MBA is a plus
4–8 years in garment trims, labels, packaging or garment merchandising
Existing network with garment factories in Tiruppur strongly preferred
Good understanding of retail brand nomination programmes and trim approval processes
Fluent Tamil and English; strong negotiation and relationship skills
Proficient in Excel, ERP order systems and reporting
Experience leading a small team
Own vehicle with valid licence for factory visits
