Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Couple Coordinator to assist couples and ensure a smooth, comfortable, and memorable experience throughout their event or stay.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and explain the consultation and treatment process.
Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with doctors.
Explain treatment procedures, timelines, and general instructions as directed by the medical team.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and treatment progress.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details.




Address patient queries professionally and escalate medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare specialists.
Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
Support patient counselling and treatment coordination, especially in fertility or IVF care, where applicable.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
