Senior HR Manager
We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and support business growth at Jolly Motors.
Company: Jolly Motors Pvt. Ltd.
Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–4 Years in the Automobile Industry
Salary: ₹6–12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Plan manpower requirements according to business needs.
Develop employee retention and engagement strategies.
Guide department heads on employee performance and discipline.
Improve HR processes and implement effective HR practices.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
Candidates should have robust decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills, along with practical experience in the automobile industry.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
