Job Vacancy: Telecalling Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive with 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert potential leads into customer enquiries and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain apartment details, pricing, offers, and project features to customers.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits.
Maintain good customer relationships and handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support sales activities.
Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling; real estate experience preferred.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Education:
Any degree or equivalent qualification.
