Construction Manager – Commercial & industrial

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to oversee project operations, drive site performance, and ensure construction activities are completed efficiently within the approved schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and monitor construction work at the project site.
Direct site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams.
Plan manpower, monitor expenses, and track project milestones.
Maintain construction quality and enforce safety procedures.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

Requirements:
10–15 years of experience in construction project management.
Background in industrial or commercial construction is preferred.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and execution skills.
Robust ability to manage site operations and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
