RW Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 3–6 months of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various technical and non-technical positions while ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
Work on IT positions such as Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Full Stack Developers, UI/UX Designers, and other technical roles as per hiring requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases,



recruitment trackers, and interview feedback.
Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.
Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities and hiring targets.

Required Skills
3–6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Basic understanding of IT recruitment and technical job descriptions.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates.
Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a team.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
