Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team in the elevator and lift solutions industry.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Explain the company's products and services to customers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and support sales activities.

Requirements:




1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer interaction.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
