Manage overall center operations and business performance.
Achieve monthly targets for Enrolments, Booking, Billing, and Collections.
Generate leads through local marketing, digital campaigns, and corporate tie-ups.
Drive lead conversion through effective follow-ups, counselling, and walk-in management.
Manage and motivate counsellors, trainers, and support staff.
Ensure excellent student experience, satisfaction, and retention.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead pipeline, and team productivity.
Implement Lakmé Academy SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
Ensure timely fee collection, receipt uploads, and financial compliance.
Maintain academic quality, trainer performance, and class schedules.




Plan and execute student engagement activities, workshops, and events.
Develop local market partnerships and business prospects.
Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to improve business.
Maintain accurate MIS, daily reports, and performance trackers.
Ensure proper infrastructure, hygiene, and brand standards at the center.
Coordinate with the Aptech Regional and Support Teams for business growth and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
