Customer Service Associate – Healthcare Voice Process

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an international healthcare voice process. Candidates should have valuable communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries over inbound and/or outbound calls as per process requirements.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Maintain accurate call records and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the applicable salary slab.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in US-based rotational night shifts.
Candidates must be able to commute within the specified transport boundaries.

Salary Structure:




0–6 months ₹28,000

6–12 months ₹32,750

12–18 months ₹35,000
18–30 months ₹39,500

Extra benefits:
₹720 monthly employee PF contribution adjustment upon implementation of the revised salary structure, as communicated by the employer.
CTC remains unchanged after the communicated PF adjustment.
Home pickup and drop for eligible shifts between 9:00 PM and 5:30 AM, subject to transport eligibility and service boundaries.
Two rotational weekly offs.

Working Schedule
5 working days per week.
2 rotational weekly offs.
US-based rotational night shifts.

Transport is available within the specified service boundaries, including:
Mira Road
Churchgate
Dombivli
CST
Vashi

Nodal pickup/drop points:
Andheri East (Western Line)
Vikhroli (Central/Harbour Line)

Candidates residing outside the approved transport boundaries will not be considered for this requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
