Unit Name / Location: Kusauto India Private Limited, Chennai.

Job description:
Ensure incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection of emission control systems
Verify product compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, quality standards, and functional testing requirements.
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to control plans, SOPs, work instructions, and inspection standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using 5 Why, 8D, and other quality tools.
Handle customer complaints, supplier quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective action reports.
Maintain quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and calibration records, as applicable.
Support internal,



customer, and supplier audits while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, where applicable.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer PPM while improving product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
3–7 years of experience in Quality with automotive or manufacturing industry.

Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
